01Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Dry Run Ready at https://dryrunready.com, provided by Airworthy Advisory LLC ("we", "us"). By using Dry Run Ready you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use it. These Terms are a draft pending review by counsel.
02The service
Dry Run Ready runs incident tabletop exercises for organizations that have no exercise team. An AI facilitator presents a scenario, plays the other parties, and asks you to decide. Each decision is scored against a written rubric revealed only at the end, and the exercise produces a scorecard, a playbook, an exercise record and, if you ask, an emailed report. Signed-in users also get an organization workspace, a library assistant that answers questions from official sources, and a studio for writing private scenarios.
Dry Run Ready provides information and tools. It does not provide legal, compliance, insurance, financial or other professional advice, and using it creates no professional relationship.
03Accounts
You must be at least 16. Accounts use an email address and a password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at dryrun@airworthyadvisory.com if you think it has been misused.
A drill started without an account is reachable by anyone who has its link. Keep the link private if the answers matter to you.
04Acceptable use
Do not use Dry Run Ready to break the law or anyone's rights; to probe, overload or bypass its security or usage limits; to scrape or resell it; or to upload material you have no right to share. Do not use Dry Run Ready for any practice the EU AI Act prohibits, or as the only basis for a decision that affects a person's legal rights, employment, credit, housing, education or access to essential services; a qualified person must review such decisions. We may suspend access that does any of these.
05Your content
You keep ownership of what you type or say during an exercise, the organization details you save, the scenarios you write, and what Dry Run Ready generates for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not use your content to train AI models.
06Our service and reference content
We own Dry Run Ready, its software and design, the scenarios we publish and the content we write for it. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.
Standards, frameworks, laws and guidance that Dry Run Ready shows, quotes or cites belong to the bodies that publish them, and their own licences apply: do not copy or redistribute that text beyond what its publisher allows. The library assistant quotes official texts under their published terms (for example US federal public domain, UK Open Government Licence, EU reuse terms, Creative Commons licences) and describes rather than quotes ISO standards and Canadian government pages, whose terms do not allow commercial reproduction. Each source's licence is listed with its answer.
07Organization accounts
An organization in Dry Run Ready belongs to the account that created it. Only the owner can edit it, start drills for it, invite viewers and participants, set up notifications or weather alerts, or change report branding.
If an owner shares an organization with your email address, you can sign in and view its completed exercises: scorecards, playbooks and exercise records. You cannot start, answer, pause, end or change anything, and you do not see exercises that are still in progress. If you are invited to a drill as a participant, you can submit answers in that drill, and each answer is recorded with your email address and role. If you use Dry Run Ready for an organization, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.
08Sharing content with other users
You can share content in three ways: by sharing an organization with another user's email address (they see its completed exercises), by inviting participants to a drill (they see and answer that drill), and by creating a public report link (anyone with the link sees the insurer summary of one exercise: organization, scenario, score and summary, never the transcript, answers, email addresses or rubric). When you share, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and copy that content for those people while it is shared, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not share personal data, confidential information or material you have no right to share. We may review, decline or remove shared content.
You withdraw sharing yourself: remove a viewer or participant from the organization or drill, or revoke a report link. Removal takes effect immediately; the underlying exercise stays in your account until you delete it or ask us to.
Rights holders: if you believe shared content infringes your rights, tell us at dryrun@airworthyadvisory.com with the content, the right you hold and how to reach you; we will review it and remove it where appropriate.
09AI output
Dry Run Ready uses AI models. Their output can be incomplete or wrong, including when it sounds confident. Review it, and have a qualified professional review anything you rely on for a decision with legal or regulatory consequences.
10Plans and limits
Dry Run Ready is free to use today. We collect no payments and offer no checkout. The free plan allows five drills per calendar month per organization; drills started without an account are limited to ten per hour from one network address. Voice drills are a trial: one drill without an account, three per organization when signed in. Paid plans and pilots are not offered through the site yet; nothing is charged. If we offer a pilot, it is priced and invoiced under a separate written agreement. If we start charging, we will publish prices, renewal and refund terms here first and give account holders at least 14 days' notice.
11Availability and changes to the service
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will try to give account holders notice of material changes.
12Disclaimer of warranties
Dry Run Ready is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
14Ending your use
You may stop using Dry Run Ready at any time. To close your account, email dryrun@airworthyadvisory.com from the account's address; we will close it and delete its organizations, exercises and assistant conversations within 30 days. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms. The sections on your content, AI output, warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, and any others that by their nature should, continue to apply after your use ends.
15Changes to these Terms
The date above shows the current version. For material changes we will give account holders at least 14 days' notice. Continuing to use Dry Run Ready after a change takes effect means you accept it.
16Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless the law of your country of residence gives you a right to bring them elsewhere.
17Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you.
18Third-party services
Dry Run Ready relies on services run by others (Lovable and Supabase for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery; OpenAI and Google models reached through Lovable's AI gateway; Telegram; the US National Weather Service; CISA's vulnerability catalogue) and links to official sources we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
19Export controls and sanctions
You may not use Dry Run Ready if you are located in a country under a comprehensive US embargo or are on a US government list of restricted parties, or use it in breach of US export laws.
20General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about Dry Run Ready. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to whoever takes over the service. We send notices by email or in the app, and you can send yours to dryrun@airworthyadvisory.com. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
